Terms of sale
These terms cover buying a digital product from AutomatedByFriday. They're written in plain English. They don't affect your legal rights as a consumer.
Who we are
AutomatedByFriday is a trading name of the person named on our legal information page, a sole trader based in the UK.
Postal address (letters and legal notices only): AutomatedByFriday, Lytchett House, 13 Freeland Park, Wareham Road, Poole, Dorset, BH16 6FA.
Email: [email protected]. This is the quickest way to reach us.
Who you pay: Lemon Squeezy
Our checkout is run by Lemon Squeezy, which acts as the merchant of record and reseller for our products. That means:
- Lemon Squeezy takes your payment and handles VAT and sales tax.
- Your receipt and any invoice come from Lemon Squeezy LLC, and the charge on your statement starts with "LEMSQZY*".
- Lemon Squeezy's own buyer terms also apply to the payment: https://www.lemonsqueezy.com/buyer-terms
- We're responsible for the product itself, and for your refund under these terms.
What you're buying
A digital download of templates and guides: files such as template documents, AI prompts, automation template files and PDF guides that you use yourself, in your own accounts.
You are not buying a service. We don't set anything up for you, connect to your accounts, handle your enquiries or leads, act as an estate or letting agent, or give legal, property or financial advice. Any tools you use with the templates (for example Make, HubSpot or ChatGPT) are separate, and you pay their providers directly.
Each product page describes exactly what's in that download.
Price
The Estate Agent Automation Kit costs £29, including VAT where it applies. Lemon Squeezy works out tax at checkout from your location, and the total is shown before you pay. It's a one-off payment, not a subscription.
Presale orders and delivery
Some products are sold on presale, before every file is finished. For the Estate Agent Automation Kit:
- All files will be available to download by Friday 13 November 2026.
- Delivery is by download only. After you pay, Lemon Squeezy emails you a receipt with a download link, and the files are also available from your Lemon Squeezy order page (https://app.lemonsqueezy.com/my-orders). Files that are ready at purchase are there straight away; later files are added to the same order, and we'll email you when they're ready.
- If we miss 13 November 2026, you can have a full refund straight away, whenever you ask, even after the 14 days below, as long as the full kit hasn't yet been delivered.
Your right to cancel, and our refund promise
Our promise: 14 days, full refund, no questions asked. Email us within 14 days of the day you bought, and we'll refund you in full, even if you've downloaded the files. This includes presale orders.
What the law says, for completeness. Under the Consumer Contracts (Information, Cancellation and Additional Charges) Regulations 2013, you normally have 14 days to cancel a contract for digital content bought online (regulation 29(1), with the period for digital content not on a physical medium ending 14 days after the day the contract is made under regulation 30(2)). For digital content that isn't on a physical medium, you lose that legal right once the download or streaming starts, if you gave your express consent to it starting within the cancellation period and acknowledged that you'd lose the right to cancel (regulation 37(1) and (2)). Our promise above is more generous than this: we'll refund you within 14 days whether or not you've downloaded anything.
If something's wrong with a file
Your rights under the Consumer Rights Act 2015 aren't affected by anything here. Digital content must be of satisfactory quality, fit for a particular purpose you told us about, and as described (sections 34, 35 and 36). If it isn't, you're entitled to a repair or replacement, and if that's not possible or doesn't fix it within a reasonable time, to a price reduction, up to a full refund (sections 42 to 45). If digital content we supply damages your device or other digital content because we didn't take reasonable care, you may be entitled to a repair or compensation (section 46). These rights apply on top of our 14-day promise and don't end when it does.
How to ask for a refund
Email [email protected], or reply to your Lemon Squeezy receipt, with your order number or the email address you bought with. You don't need to give a reason. We'll ask Lemon Squeezy to refund you to your original payment method, normally within 14 days of your request; your bank may take a few more days to show it.
Using the files
You may use the files in your own business, edit them and use them with your own colleagues. Please don't resell them, share them publicly or pass them off as your own product. We keep the copyright.
Our responsibility to you
We take care to make the guides accurate, and every price and rule in them is checked against a named source on the date shown. But the templates only produce what you set up, and you remain responsible for checking anything sent or published using them, including property descriptions and replies to customers.
If we break these terms, we're responsible for loss or damage you suffer that is a foreseeable result of that. Loss is foreseeable if it's obvious it would happen, or if we both knew it might happen when you bought.
If you're a consumer (buying mainly for purposes outside your trade, business, craft or profession), the limit in the next paragraph does not apply to you. You keep all your statutory rights, including those under the Consumer Rights Act 2015, which can't be excluded or restricted for digital content (section 47).
If you buy as a business only: we're not liable for lost profit, lost business or business interruption, and our total liability to you is limited to the price you paid.
Nothing in these terms limits or excludes our liability for death or personal injury caused by our negligence (Consumer Rights Act 2015, section 65, for consumers), for fraud or fraudulent misrepresentation, or for anything else that the law doesn't allow us to limit.
Changes to these terms
We may update these terms. The version that applies to your order is the one on this page when you bought.
Law and disputes
These terms are governed by the law of England and Wales. If you're a consumer, you can bring a claim in the courts of England and Wales, or, if you live in Scotland or Northern Ireland, in your local courts. If you have a problem, please email us first: we'd rather fix it.
